Home Depot rises to the top: Media Monitors radio rankings, April 26 to May 2, 2010

The Government of Quebec was Montreal's top radio ad buyer for the week.

Home Depot rose 10 spots in the Media Monitors radio ad buy rankings, landing at #1, while Pizza Pizza held on to the #2 spot for the week of April 26 to May 2 in Toronto. Sears moved up from #8 to land at #3, while Porter Airlines held steady at #4. The biggest movers include Nissan, which moved up 11 spots to #5 and Tim Hortons, which jumped from #20 to #8.

In Montreal, the Government of Quebec also made a move from seventh place to #1, while Ford Lincoln Mercury debuted in the ranks at #2. Alarm Force held steady at #3, while Toyota inched up a couple of spots from #6 to #4. The government also made a splash with the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport, with a message about reforming the education system in the province, which debut at #6.
