Here are the top-ranked shows in Canada (for all persons 2+; all times ET), according to BBM, for Sept. 13 to 19, 2010:
Monday: Big Bang Theory on CTV at 9:30 p.m. won the night with 1.939 million viewers, a huge jump from last week’s second-place showing of 1.444 million. CTV Evening News at 6 p.m. was second with 1.562 million viewers.
Tuesday: America’s Got Talent on Citytv at 9 p.m. had 1.773 million viewers, knocking Hot in Cleveland on CTV to second place with 1.594 million.
Wednesday: Survivor: Nicaragua, on Global at 8 p.m., took top prize for Wednesday night and for the week with 2.59 million viewers. Big Brother 12, which has spent the past two weeks in the top spot was second on Wednesday, with 1.757 million viewers, and seventh overall.
Thursday: Big Bang Theory‘s first Thursday night airing, at 9 p.m. on CTV, was the second most-watched show of the week with an audience of 2.126 million. It was also, as part of a mini-marathon running up to the new episode, the second and third most-watched show of Thursday night.
Friday: Flashpoint on CTV at 10 p.m. continued to grow its audience and remained the top show for the third Friday in a row. It brought in 1.8 million viewers, a jump from last week’s 1.607 million.
Saturday: CTV Evening News at 6 p.m. had 1.165 million viewers, giving it top spot on the night, followed closely by CTV National News at 11 p.m., which had 1.134 million.
Sunday: Law and Order: SVU at 9 p.m. on CTV had 1.74 million viewers, bumping off reigning champ Big Brother 12. CTV Evening News and CTV National News took second and third on the night.
