Astral Radio has added Mario Cecchini to its team, appointing him SVP, sales and marketing.

In the role, Cecchini will lead the sales and marketing team for the media company’s 83 radio stations.

Cecchini arrives at Astral with more than 25 years of experience in the media industry, most recently as VP, Corus Québec. Before that, he held several senior management positions at Telemedia, TQS and Zoom Media.

He joins Astral March 14.
