The call to get out and vote was heard loud and clear in the Media Monitors radio rankings for the week of April 25 to May 1, with Elections Canada topping the charts in Montreal, and coming in at #2 in Toronto.
The overall leader in Toronto was Public Mobile, which moved from #3 to #1, followed by Elections Canada, with Pizza Pizza popping up on the list at #3. Other notable moves were the Conservative Party of Canada’s boost from #88 to #9 and Telus Mobility’s jump from #26 to #5.
In Montreal, Elections Canada was followed by The Cooperators, which moved from #3 to #2, and Ford Lincoln Mercury, which moved down to #3 from #2. The biggest moves of the week were from Corbeil Appliances and Reno-Depot, which joined the list at #9 and #10 respectively.
