Tuesday: It’s hockey vs. dancing this week. The Dancing with the Stars results show at 9 p.m. on CTV took the Tuesday night #1 spot with 1.996 million viewers. The NHL Playoffs Round 2 at 8 p.m. on TSN came in #2 with 1.843 million viewers.
Wednesday: Survivor: Redemption Island at 8 p.m. on Global raced to #1 with 2.882 million viewers after landing in the #2 spot last week. The reality show was neck-and-neck with last week’s winner, American Idol at 8 p.m. on CTV, with 2.726 million viewers for the evening.
Thursday: Reigning champion of Thursday night programming The Big Bang Theory at 8 p.m. on CTV took the #1 spot for the third consecutive week with 2.936 million viewers, slightly less than last week’s 3.028 million viewers. The Mentalist at 10 p.m. on CTV took the #2 spot with 2.480 million viewers for the night.
Friday: Law enforcement shows came out on top Friday night with crime drama C.S.I. New York at 9 p.m. on CTV pinching the top spot for the evening with 1.849 million viewers and police drama Blue Bloods at 10 p.m. on CTV at #2 nabbing 1.799 million viewers.
Saturday: With hockey season slowly coming to a close, the NHL Playoffs Round 3 at 8 p.m. on CBC sat at #1 on Saturday night with 2.861 million viewers, up from last week’s 2.268 million viewers. CTV National News at 11 p.m. on CTV held its #2 position with 1.311 million viewers for the night.
Sunday: Survivor: Redemption Island at 8 p.m. on Global with 2.882 million viewers took the #1 spot for the second week, while the NHL Playoffs Round 3 at 8:03 p.m. on CBC with 2.861 million viewers kept hockey mania going.
