A Rogers Publishing representative has confirmed today that Kerry Mitchell, VP, consumer publishing, and Kathryn Brownlie, senior VP, consumer sales, are no longer with the company effective immediately.
Mitchell had been with Rogers Publishing since 2002, working as publisher of titles including Flare, Today’s Parent and Chatelaine.
Brownlie joined the company the same year as Mitchell, working on the sales side with magazines including Maclean’s, Canadian Business and Flare.
Both Mitchell and Brownlie reported to Ken Whyte, who became president at the beginning of September when Brian Segal retired.
