Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts launch magazine

The free print, online and tablet publication is targeting people thinking of planning a luxury wedding at its hotels.

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has launched Wedding magazine – available in print, online and as a tablet app – which will showcase weddings that have taken place at its locations across the world, as well as trends and insights from the hotel’s wedding experts.

The magazine will be free-of-charge with the print version to be distributed to all 86 Four Seasons locations, Sorya Gaulin, director, corporate public relations, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, tells MiC.

Opportunities to advertise in the print, online and tablet version are available, and targeted brand categories include luxury jewelry, fashion and beauty brands, as well as home goods brands that provide luxury wedding registry items, according to a Four Seasons representative.

“Four Seasons is looking to target those thinking of planning a luxury wedding,” says Gaulin, noting that its properties host more than 4,500 weddings each year and that it aims to “to expose guests and potential guests to what differentiates Four Seasons.”

In conjunction with the launch of the magazine, the brand has also created a Twitter handle inviting three brides that are set to have their wedding at the Toronto, Boston and Beirut properties to tweet about their experiences leading up to the big day. Also, a Pinterest page has been set up with a contest that starts mid-May and asks users to “Pin Your Dream Wedding” for the chance to win a $2,500 Four Seasons gift card.
