Movia makes mobile OOH measurement widely available

Initially designed for its own fleet of moving billboards, Mobilytics can now be used by other media owners for reporting and retargeting.

Movia is making its real-time measurement and retargeting capabilities available for other OOH media owners.

Mobilytics is a full-stack solution for all OOH media types, providing opportunity to see, opportunity to contact, visually adjusted contacts and dwell times. It has been created under the Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) and World Out of Home Organization (WOO) measurement guidelines and ensures compliance with GDPR and CCPA regulations that prioritize consumer privacy and advertising ethics.

The solution delivers real-time results through a user-friendly interface that is accessible and actionable for advertisers. Mobilytics optimizes campaigns across all types of OOH advertising, including moving media, roadside, place-based and retail. Brands can view their real-time dashboard to see when, where and who saw their message and track their ROI. They can also build relevant audiences and retarget them on mobile devices.

Mobilytics is a measurement and retargeting platform that was built by Movia, which sells mobile billboard space, for use by its clients. It works by using tracking beacons and Wi-Fi collecting installed onto trucks, offering real-time impression analytics and retargeting opportunities.

This year, Movia began offering the measurement solution to other media owners, such as LED Truck Media, Lime Media and BullDog Mobile Billboards, and is now making it available for use by other media owners.

Based in Toronto, Movia operates in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico with over 200 trucks and active campaigns live in about 35 metro regions.
