Montreal’s PALM Arnold has appointed Isabel Gingras to the position of media VP to manage and develop the agency’s media department and contribute to client growth.

Formerly VP/media group director with Cossette Communications, Gingras has nearly 20 years’ experience in client services and media. She has worked on such accounts as Bell, Radio-Canada, McDonald’s, Dairy Farmers of Canada, BMO and Tourisme Montréal.
