Havas Media has hired Maura Hanley as a VP, adding to the executive ranks at the shop.
Hanley, who starts in the role today, will be tasked with working on a set of tier-one clients at the agency.
“The intent of adding Maura is to help further cement our position where senior experience is required, especially at a time when more integration and innovation is necessary across the board in the industry,” says Azadeh Mahinpou Dindayal, VP at Havas Media.
Hanley comes to Havas Media with experience at other agencies, including MBS (now MediaCom), starting the digital arm during her time there. Most recently she worked as VP of digital media at Klick Health and is also the president and general manager of marketing communication consultancy BigReach Learning Inc.
Havas Media is building its executive ranks following the departure of Kevin Johnson to MediaCom. Johnson had worked as SVP and managing director at Havas Media and moved to the GroupM agency as its chief client officer. That move started a shift at Havas Media with Isabel Gingras being promoted to the role of SVP and head of client services.
