Here are the top-ranked shows in Canada (for all persons 2+; all times ET), according to BBM, for Oct. 4 to 10, 2010:
Monday: House on Global at 8 p.m. took over top spot with 2.602 million viewers, barely knocking off last week’s top Monday show, Dancing with the Stars, which had 2.440 million this week.
Tuesday: The Dancing with the Stars results show on CTV at 9 p.m. was the night’s top show with 2.121 million viewers. Last Tuesday’s top show, Glee, dropped to second, with 1.987 million viewers.
Wednesday: Criminal Minds on CTV at 9 p.m. earned top honours Wednesday for the third straight week, despite dropping from 2.539 million viewers to 2.417 million. Survivor: Nicaragua was second on the night with 2.330 million viewers.
Thursday: The Big Bang Theory at 8 p.m. on CTV won the week and the night with 2.692 million viewers. The show lost viewers for the second straight week after getting 3.112 million viewers for its season premiere.
Friday: Blue Bloods on CTV at 10 p.m. won the night with 1.744 million viewers, knocking off last week’s winner, CSI: New York, which dropped from 2.056 million viewers last week to 1.669 million.
Saturday: Hockey Night in Canada on CBC at 7 p.m. returned to the lineup and took the night’s top spot with 2.115 million viewers for the show’s first game of the night. Second place for the night went to the second game on Hockey Night in Canada. It had 1.223 million viewers.
Sunday: Amazing Race 17 on CTV at 8 p.m. kept its top position with 2.301 million viewers, down from the previous week’s 2.623 million.
