ABC Canada has released its consumer magazine eFas-Fax report for the first six months of 2011, and the news isn’t horrible, but it isn’t great.
Overall paid and verified circulation is down 3.64% for the six-month period, compared to the same period in 2010.
Total paid subscriptions are down 4.22% for the first six months of 2011, compared to last year. Single-copy sales took a hit the first six months of 2011 as well, dropping 2.34%, versus the same period in 2010.
Rogers Media saw the most titles with positive results for the report, with MoneySense, Hello! Canada, LouLou Canada’s Shopping Magazine, L’Actualite and Chatelaine all posting top five gains.
The ABC Canada eFas-Fax report measured 69 Canadian magazines.
