Three VPs have been added at print media co Metro Canada.
The company, which is primarily owned by Torstar, hired Quin Millar as VP, sales, Metro English Canada. Quin most recently worked at Postmedia as the director of integrated advertising.
Being promoted to new VP roles at the company are Steve Shrout, who is now the VP and group publisher, Metro Western Canada, and Jodi Brown, who has been promoted to VP, marketing and interactive, Metro English Canada.
Shrout has been with Metro for four and a half years and adds Metro Vancouver to his portfolio which already includes Metro Calgary, Metro Edmonton and Metro Winnipeg.
Brown has been with Metro Canada for four years, most recently working as director of marketing and interactive. One of her core responsibilities is to launch the newspaper in Apple’s Newsstand inside the App Store.
