CTV has acquired a new show at the LA Screenings for its summer schedule, bringing Gang Related to screens stating this Thursday at 9 p.m.

The show, which comes from the producers of 24 and The Shield features Terry O’Quinn from Lost, Ramon Rodriguez from The Wire and Rey Gallegos from Sons of Anarchy. Gang Related follows detective Ryan Lopez (Rodriguez), after his best friend and police partner is killed by a notorious gang member. He teams up with longtime Gang Task Force member Cassius Green (RZA), but things get complicated because Lopez has former ties to the Los Angelicos gang and its leader, Javier Acosta (Cliff Curtis).

Gang Related launches this Thursday and airs before Motive at 10 p.m. on CTV. The show will lead into 19-2 beginning June 5.
