BrightRoll is expanding its executive team, hiring Bruce Falck as COO, appointing Guy Yalif as VP of marketing and adding Mark Vranesh to its board of directors.
The programmatic video advertising platform hired Falck from Google, where he had been since 2006, working most recently as director of buy and sell side platforms, sales strategy.
Newly appointed VP of global marketing Guy Yalif comes to the company from his most recent role as head of global product marketing at Twitter.
BrightRoll has also added Mark Vranesh to its board of directors, where he will work as audit committee chair. Vranesh formerly worked as the CFO of Zynga, and has more than 25 years of experience with tech companies.
In addition to the people moves, the programmatic company recently announced it was expanding its mobile audience targeting solutions with announcements that it has partnered with independent data platform Exelate, as well as adding Precision Market Insights from Verizon.
