Virgin Mobile stays on top: Media Monitors

The mobile phone company bought the most radio advertising in Toronto for the week of June 26 to July 2.

Virgin Mobile bought the most radio advertising space in Toronto for the second straight week, topping the list in the city for the week of June 26 to July 2, according to the latest Media Monitors report.

The mobile telco was followed by a new entry from Bell Int-TV at #2. Rounding out the top of the list in Toronto was the Ford Dealer Association at #3, Bell Mobility with a jump to #4 from #14, and a new entry from McDonald’s at #5.

The top of the list in Montreal was also steady, with Bell Mobility again buying the most radio advertising in the city.
Bell Int-TV moved up to #2 from #16 last week, while CTV lost a spot, dropping to #3 from #2.

Closing out the top of the list was CIBC Wood Gundy with a move to #4 from #9 and Accent Insurance Solutions moving up to #5 from #13.
