PC Optimum rose one spot to bump the Government of Canada down to third. Toyota Dealer Association rose up the list to nab fourth place, and Desjardins Insurance cracked the top five.

In Montreal, the Government of Canada took the top spot with 466 ads, and the Government of Quebec was not far behind. There were also a number of new brands entering the top ten. Virgin Plus, La Capitale General Insurance, Bell Internet, The Brick and Sunwing all increased their radio buys and jumped onto the charts.
