Independent media agency Dialekta has appointed Diana Ferreira as its new general manager in Montreal. As part of her new role, Ferreira will oversee all of the agency’s activities in Canada and the North American region in general.
Ferriera joined Dialekta nearly six years ago as a strategist and grew to direct accounts and operations.
This development is touted as the first milestone in a major change regarding entrepreneurial succession within the company that will see Dailekta invite several employees to become shareholders.
“It feels natural to us that ownership should be shared with the employees who have helped Dialekta succeed and who want to continue growing along with us. It is important that our employees recognize themselves in Dialekta and we are confident that we will thus progress further together,” says Cyril Chaib, president of Dialekta.
