Youth-focused agency Glacier acquired by U.S. signage network

Under the ownership of NextGrad, the agency will have access to a wider range of services for post-secondary clients.

Glacier, a Calgary-based youth marketing agency, has been acquired by NextGrad, which operates a network of digital advertising displays in U.S. high schools and college campuses.

Through the acquisition, both companies will be able to offer a wider range of services and products to university and college clients in Canada and the U.S. as they market their programs and  higher education options. Current clients will continue to receive the same services they have been receiving, but with more options at their disposal.

By uniting with a visionary company like NextGrad, we are furthering our mission” said John Reid, Glacier’s president. “NextGrad’s expertise and unique service, combined with Glacier’s industry-leading experience, will enable us and our clients to bring more youth empowerment to the world, every day.”  

Glacier has partnerships with over 600 high schools in Canada and 1,000 in the U.S., as well as offering digital services to clients such as programmatic and social media advertising. NextGrad introduces students to new schools, programs and opportunities and currently has a network of digital screens in over 200 high schools.
