Rob Beeler, CEO of Beeler Tech, and David U.K., founder and CEO of Wired Carbon and former CEO of Cue Digital Media, have formed a strategic event partnership to bring educational content on media publishing to the Canadian marketing community.
Digital Day Camp will be held on June 1 under the auspices of IAB Canada, an extension of the content covered at State of the Nation 2023 the day prior. It will focus on key issues facing the Canadian marketplace and drill them into practical applications.
“We really want to dive into things and have real conversations around how to properly work together, clean rooms, how to properly collect data, privacy, and the cookie deprecation coming up in 18 months,” says U.K. “There are a lot of very big subjects that are on the table today.”
“From pressing policy issues to the revenue report findings, the Canadian marketplace has much to work through,” Sonia Carreno, president of IAB Canada, says. “We’re excited to begin this journey and to help bring the Canadian industry into focus at this critical time.”
