Embold unveils new tool to simplify marketing with influencers

The company aims to save brands time by handling the communication, recruitment and agreements with Canadian creators.

Embold is launching Smart Campaigns, a new tool on its platform that will help brands create campaigns with Canadian influencers in an easier and faster way. It’s a bit like Uber, but for brands looking for the right social media creator.

The new tool allows advertisers to continue designing campaigns on the platform, but now the site will be handling communication, recruitment and agreements with influencers. After marketers specify their marketing needs, target audience and content guidelines on the platform, they will receive requests from creators who meet their requirements within 24 to 48 hours. Marketers maintain control of their campaigns by approving the final list of influencers and content.

Embold is launching Smart Campaigns to meet the needs of marketers looking for more agility and precision in their campaigns, says the company’s CEO Umair Tazeem. “In conversations with other marketers, the recurring issue that emerges is the time it takes to effectively manage influencer ollaborations effectively. Traditional approaches often demand hours and hours of communicating with influencers and juggling various management tasks. Especially for smaller companies, this can be a real challenge if they lack the necessary bandwidth or prefer not to rely on agencies for support.”

Tazeem adds that the tool “enables brands to allocate resources more strategically.”

Embold unveils this feature after creating CampaignPlus, a free platform that allows advertisers to set up and manage their own campaigns, while also providing them with access to audience data, campaign management tools, and analytics. Brands using the platform can also work with Embold to recruit influencers.

“Creators have become integral to marketing strategies across various industries due to their ability to authentically connect with audiences. With the rise of social media and the increasing skepticism towards traditional advertising, influencers offer a more relatable and trustworthy channel for brands to reach their target demographics,” says Tazeem.

Embold’s platform has a list of more than 9,000 influencers who can help brands reach key markets across Canada, according to the company.
