Montreal-based Fuel Digital Media is expanding its portfolio with the addition of Otogo.ca, a platform focused on used vehicles sold by Quebec dealers.
Fuel will be Otogo.ca’s sales representative, and will offer marketers a range of digital advertising solutions on the site, including standard and high-impact ad blocks, video, content marketing, email opportunities and customized sponsorships.
By bringing Otogo.ca into its network, Fuel is enhancing its local portfolio and expanding its reach to vehicle owners and buyers, the company’s content solutions director Alain Léveillé tells MiC. “The addition of Otogo.ca enables us to reach over 1.2 million in-market car shoppers, a sought-after consumer profile for many brands such as car makers, car dealers association, financial institutions, insurance companies, maintenance and automotives services.”
Otogo.ca, which is updated daily with the latest industry news, has nearly 300,000 unique visitors who access more than three million pages each month. “Knowing that the publication of quality articles, in reliable websites, is the foundation of an effective content campaign, Otogo.ca’s blog offers the perfect conditions for developing trust between the user and the brand, a bond that is crucial to the buying process,” says Léveillé.
Fuel has been actively adding more publishers to its portfolio recently. In December last year, the company partnered with six news sites: Les Coops de l’information in Quebec and Lesoleil.com; Lenouvelliste.ca; Lequotidien.com; Latribune.ca; Lavoixdelest.ca and Ledroit.com in eastern Ontario. The company said the properties would attract more than three million Quebecers in all major economic regions, including Quebec City, Mauricie, Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, Sherbrooke, Outaouais and Estrie.
It also recently signed a content licensing agreement with Auto123.com, which has raised interest amongst several car manufacturers, says Léveillé, who adds that Fuel is about to welcome other publishers from the automotive and real estate sectors to its network.
Its other partners include Remax-Quebec.com, mamanpourlavie.com, Happy Geeks Média websites, Passeportsante.net, Groupe Le Monde websites, Groupe Webedia websites and CondéNast publications. The company does not own or have any stake in any of its publishing partners, but manages 100% of their advertising inventory.
