Les Affaires and M32 Connect launch self-serve ad platform

The advertising center simplifies the process of creating, planning and managing campaigns online.

French-language business-oriented media Les Affaires will launch a new self-serve advertising platform in partnership with Montreal technology company M32 Connect.

The advertising center, managed by M32, is designed for local businesses and advertisers who want to handle their own campaigns online. It simplifies the process of creating, planning and managing campaigns. Brands and advertisers can create optimized ads and view campaign performance reports. It’s especially useful for local businesses, as it connects them directly with publishers in their area, according to M32.

The platform helps highlight Les Affaires as a key player in the Quebec media landscape and enhances its service offering by providing advertisers with a cost-effective solution to reach their target audience, said Nancy Gaudreault, general manager of Les Affaires.

Gaudreault tells Media in Canada that it’s the perfect time to launch its own self-service tool, as advertisers are already planning their back-to-school campaigns. “Having this platform will attract SMBs that usually manage their campaign on social media instead of reaching out to publishers. It is a win-win for both, publishers and advertisers.”

Les Affaires has been part of the Contex Group since 2019 and publishes a paper version monthly and daily on the web. It has approximately 710,000 monthly users and 2.5 million monthly visits online.

M32 Connect has developed other monetization platforms that support publishers by helping them manage and optimize the potential of their sites. It manages more than 500 websites including The Weather Network, Elle Canada, Stockwatch, Used.ca, Viafoura and Seaway News.
