Monday: Federal election coverage closed at the top of the viewership polls for the night with Canada Votes at 9:30 p.m. on CBC with 1.923 million viewers. Election coverage also took the #2 spot with CTV’s Election News Special at 9 p.m. taking 1.747 million viewers.

Tuesday: The NHL Playoffs Round 2 at 9 p.m. on CBC took first place for a third week in a row for the night with 2.268 million viewers. Coming in at #2 was NCIS: Los Angeles at 9 p.m. on Global with 1.693 million viewers.

Wednesday: American Idol at 8:00 p.m. on CTV with 2.469 million viewers sang its way to the top spot for the evening. The previous Wednesday winner, Survivor: Redemption Island at 8 p.m. on Global came in at #2 this week with 2.295 million viewers.

Thursday: The most-watched show of the week and the winner for the second consecutive Thursday, was The Big Bang Theory at 8 p.m. on CTV with 3.028 million viewers. Medical drama Grey’s Anatomy at 9 p.m. on CTV took in 2.405 million viewers, slightly higher than the 2.392 million viewers it took last week.

Friday: The NHL Playoffs Round 2 at 9 p.m. on CBC with 2.268 million viewers scores at #1, for the first hockey win of the weekend. Coming in at #2 spot was CSI: New York at 9 p.m. on CTV with 1.686 million viewers.

Saturday: Making sure Canadians are getting their daily dose of hockey mania, The NHL Playoffs Round 2 at 9 p.m. on CBC swiped the top spot for the evening with 2.268 million viewers. CTV National News at 11 p.m. on CTV sat at #2 for the night with 1.223 million viewers.

Sunday: The Amazing Race at 8 p.m. on CTV was most-watched show of the night with 2.7 million viewers. The #2 spot for the night went to C.S.I Miami on CTV at 10 p.m. with 2.054 million viewers.
