Vancouver-based experiential marketing and PR agency Smak has added integrated media planning and engagement services to its portfolio, it announced today.
The new department will be headed by Jeff Berry, a 15-year industry veteran who has previously worked with Media Experts and OMD Vancouver. He will join as partner and director of media integration.
‘We are very excited to have Jeff join the Smak team,’ Alan Bedingfield, Smak partner and director of operations, said in a release. ‘By adding Jeff and his media expertise, we will be able to better serve our clients with the right mix of media, experiential and PR that will deliver a measurable return on engaging target audiences.’
The new services were added to provide its clients with a greater range of services under one roof, and provide the budget efficiencies that come along with it, the release stated. Smak’s current client roster includes Future Shop, Movember, Diary Farmers Of Canada, Metropolis at Metrotown, Vancouver Whitecaps and BC Hydro, among others.
