Starcom catches Wind Mobile

Canada's newest wireless carrier has retained the media agency, along with five other new communication orgs.

Wind Mobile has just announced new agency partnerships – among them, Starcom MediaVest Group on the media strategy and buying front.

The other four new communications agencies retained include AmoebaCorp, Breakhouse, Narrative Advocacy Media and Trapeze Media, which have been working alongside Clean Sheet Communications on the new brand.

AmoebaCorp will be creating the brand’s visual identity and implementing its design across packaging, merchandising and branded goods; Breakhouse will be designing all retail points of sale, from flagship to kiosk; Narrative Advocacy Media will helm PR campaigns, strategic communications and social media consulting; and Trapeze Media will take on its digital marketing communications and site (Windmobile.ca).

The wireless co is working towards a launch date of late 2009.
