Wireless carrier Rogers and Canadian TV cable giant City TV made the list of top radio advertisers this week, coming in at the #5 and # 6 spots respectively. Meanwhile, department store mogul Sears is back to the #1 spot this week, after falling back to #3 for the first time last week.
