Sears continues to dominate the Toronto radio market with a pre-holiday push, capturing #1 for the third straight week in the Media Monitors radio ad buy ranking for the week of Dec. 13 to Dec. 19, 2010.
Citytv jumped into second place, up from #18, and Public Mobile rounded out the top three, down from #2, trying to capture last-minute shoppers who want to stuff stockings with cellphones.
The big moves of the week included Rogers Wireless and Coca-Cola, which entered the top 10 at #9 and #10, respectively.
In Montreal, Telus Mobility made a last-minute Christmas push, entering the list at #1. Sears was #2, up from #5 the previous week, and its competitor The Bay made an attempt to catch up but fell short, landing in #3, up from #9.
Playground Poker Club entered the top 10 at #5 and Rogers Wireless at #9.
