Car companies were the big radio ad buyers for the week of Dec. 22 to 28, with Ford Lincoln buying the most spots in Toronto and Chevrolet topping the chart in Montreal, according to the latest Media Monitors report.
Coming in behind Ford in Toronto was the Honda Dealer Association, which jumped one to land at #2. The #3 spot went to Esso, which moved up from #16 the previous week. Telus moved up from #9 to #4 and Chrysler made a big jump from #52 to #5, rounding out the top of the list in the city.
In Montreal it was CraveTV coming in behind Chevrolet, the streaming service moved up from #4 the previous week. Hudson’s Bay moved from #5 to #3 for the week, Bell Mobility dropped from #2 to #4 and Mondo Uomo jumped from #12 to #5.
