Here are the top-ranked shows in Canada (for all persons 2+; all times ET), according to BBM, for Oct. 11 to 17, 2010:
Monday: House on Global at 8 p.m. held on to the night’s top spot with 2.132 million viewers. For the second straight week, it beat out Dancing with the Stars, which had 2.095 million viewers.
Tuesday: Glee on Global at 8 p.m. regained top spot with 2.247 million viewers, beating out NCIS: Los Angeles, also on Global, and last week’s winner, the Dancing with the Stars results show on CTV.
Wednesday: Criminal Minds on CTV at 9 p.m. held on to top spot for the fourth straight week with 2.427 million viewers. Survivor: Nicaragua was second on the night with 2.358 million.
Thursday: The Big Bang Theory at 8 p.m. on CTV won the night with 2.837 million viewers but, after three weeks on top, lost the title of the week’s most watched show to Amazing Race 17.
Friday: Blue Bloods on CTV at 10 p.m. was top show of the night with 1.937 million viewers. CSI: New York was second on the night with 1.828 million.
Saturday: With the Toronto Maple Leafs taking a rare Saturday night off, Hockey Night in Canada fell out of the BBM top 30. No other Saturday shows had enough viewers to make it onto the list either.
Sunday: Amazing Race 17 on CTV at 8 p.m. jumped from seventh place last week right up to top spot this week, kicking sand in the face of The Big Bang Theory. Amazing Race had 2.989 million viewers, compared to 2.301 million the previous week.
