Bell Media has named the replacement for outgoing Bell Media Quebec president Gerry Frappier, selecting Karine Moses for the top position.
Moses, who has been with Bell Media more than 20 years, currently serves as president of Bell Media’s OOH advertising division, Astral, and as VP of Bell Media Sales in Quebec. In her new role, she will oversee all programming, production and scheduling operations for Bell Media’s French-language TV properties, in addition to continuing to lead Astral and maintaining her current sales responsibilities in Quebec. Effective immediately, she’ll report to Bell Media president Randy Lennox.
“I’m committed to continuing the remarkable impact that Gerry Frappier has had on Bell Media and on the industry as a whole, while forging new ground for our business in the province’s ever-evolving media landscape,” said Moses in a statement.
Leading up to his retirement, Frappier, who announced in March he would leave the company, will continue on as a special advisor during the transition.
