The Rouge Media Group has announced the appointment of Alison Jacobs to the role of national director of Rouge Beauty and Rouge Digital.
Jacobs most recently worked as brand manager at Rouge Resto-Bar, where she oversaw the development of the restaurant and bar OOH network across the country.
Rouge Beauty is a OOH network which appears in salons, nail bars and spas in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal, targeting women aged 18 to 49 with murals measuring four-and-a-half by five feet tall.
Dolce Vita shoes and beauty company Elizabeth Grant International have signed on as the launch clients, with the network rolling out in 2012.
