Mindshare Canada expands executive suite

Jake Norman has been promoted to the new role of president and chief strategy officer at the media agency.

Mindshare Canada has announced the promotion of Jake Norman to the newly created role of president and chief strategy officer at the media agency.

Norman will be responsible for overseeing client business teams, including Tim Hortons, Kimberly Clark and American Express as well as strategic client product across the agency.

He has been with Mindshare since joining the agency’s Dublin office in 2000 as a business director and moved to Mindshare Canada in 2005 as a managing director, working with clients including J.M. Smucker.

Norman will report to Karen Nayler, CEO , Mindshare Canada in the new role, and tells MiC it was created to build on the agency’s recent success.

“”We have been successful for the past five years and this new role will build on this success in a world that is becoming more digitized and complex,” he says.
