Blue Ant Media has hired Jamie Schouela as its executive VP of marketing and communications, starting in the new role on June 10 working out of the company’s Toronto office.

Schouela comes to Blue Ant Media from Shaw Media where he worked as VP of marketing for Global Television and the media co’s specialty channels.

In his new role at Blue Ant Media, Schouela will be working on the media co’s brands that include Cottage Life, Travel + Escape, Bite TV and Aux TV.
