Dentsu Aegis Network has announced changes to its C-suite, hiring John Stockwell as chief talent officer and promoting Caroline Gianias to chief performance officer.

Stockwell comes to Dentsu from Open Text Corporation, where he worked as VP of human resources, Americas. In his  new role at Dentsu, Stockwell will work with the senior team on human resources initiatives, including talent training, development and recruitment.

Gianias has been with the Dentsu Aegis Network since 1997, when she joined Carat. She most recently worked as chief trading officer, and will be focused on optimizing performance throughout the network in her newly created role.

Both Stockwell and Gianias will report to Dentsu Aegis Network Canada CEO Annette Warring in their new roles.

The year has gotten off to a busy start for Dentsu Aegis Network, which last week announced executive appointments as well as the acquisition of creative agency Grip Limited.
