Digital out-of-home company Pattison OneStop has partnered with property management company Artis REIT to expand its digital office advertising business to Winnipeg.
The company now operates digital advertising screens in the elevators of one of Winnipeg’s largest office towers, 360 Main.
According to Pattison, the digital office network is the first of its kind in Winnipeg. The 30-storey office tower, located in the central part of the city, houses law, investment and technology firms as well as key tenants such as Deloitte, CN and Shoppers Drug Mart. It also sits atop the Winnipeg Square underground mall. Pattison screens will appear in all 10 of the building’s elevators.
VP and GM Cam Milne said the expansion is the first of a new series of properties OneStop will offer in Winnipeg.
With the addition of 360 Main, Pattison’s OneStop now has a presence in eight major markets across Canada and just over 2,500 screens. According to Pattison, the digital office network generates an average of 2.5 million weekly impressions Canada-wide. Weather, news and traffic content for the digital office network is provided by Corus Entertainment’s Global News.
Pattison recently partnered with DOOH programmatic platform Campsite to make its inventory programmatically buyable, which Milne said may entice advertisers who would not normally buy in to location-based advertising to try out the medium.
