There’s still time to enter into the Media Innovation Awards (MIAs), with the competition accepting submissions until August 2.
This is a particularly special year for the MIAs, with the show marking its 20th year recognizing the role of the media agency when it comes to planning, strategy and data.
Entries for the competition are accepted until the first week of August, after which the programs will be put forward to be reviewed and scored by a panel of media experts, co-chaired by Karine Courtemanche, president of Touche, and Bob Park, chief brand officer at GE Appliances.
There areĀ 13 members on the live jury panel and 23 members on the online panel for this year’s awards. New categories for 2019 include Best Media Company, Best Use of Real-Time Data, Best Data Insight, as well as a dedicated Public Service stream.
The shortlist will be revealed in October and the winners, including the Media Leader of the Year, will take home their awards at a gala in Toronto on November 28.
