Spence Diamonds tops radio charts in Toronto: Media Monitors

In Montreal, responsible drinking advocacy group Edu'alcool took over the top spot.

Spence Diamonds increased its radio presence in Toronto ahead of Valentine’s Day, taking the top spot among Toronto radio advertisers for the week of Feb. 7 to Feb 13.

The jewelry company had 1391 radio spots in Toronto last week, moving from third to first in the list of most active advertisers. Public Mobile had the second most, down one spot from last week, while the Government of Ontario returned to the list into the third spot. Meanwhile, Speedy Glass, which is a new entry to the list, was fourth, and the Government of Canada moved all the way from 47th to fifth place.

In Montreal, responsible drinking advocacy group Edu’alcool rose to the top radio advertising spot, while the Government of Canada came in second, up two spots from the previous week. The Government of Quebec dropped from first place to third, and President’s Choice Children’s Charity purchased the fourth-most radio spots, up from ten.

Categorically, government, financial services and public service had the biggest presence on Toronto radio, with public service, government and banks the most active in Montreal.
