With little over one week to go to make submissions, the two co-chairs and eleven jurors have been announced for the 2022 Media Innovation Awards.
The jury will be led by co-chairsĀ Helen Galanis, CEO of Initiative, and Andrea Danovitch, AVP, marketing and brand of Interac. They will judge, recognize and reward the most impactful campaigns driven by clever and innovative media strategies and partnerships.
The rest of this year’s jurors are:
- Urania Agas, CEO, MediaCom
- Isabelle Baillargeon, VP strategy, OMD and Hearts & Science Montreal
- Derek Bhopalsingh, EVP, platform media, Publicis Media
- Sarah Crabbe, president, Agnostic
- Douglas Fry, country managing director/head of Canada, Subway Restaurants
- Stephen Kiely, CEO, Dentsumcgarrybowen
- Catherine Laporte, VP, marketing, Lowe’s
- Brooke Leland, managing partner, Jungle Media
- Subtej Nijjar, CMO, Coinberry
In addition to the jury, another group of jurors will be assisting in curating the shortlist. These shortlist jurors are to be announced in the following weeks.
The Media Innovation Awards will be returning to an in-person gala this year, public health guidelines pending, in Toronto on Dec. 2.
