Halifax-based independent agency Time + Space has promoted Shawn Lowe to serve as its new president.

Lowe has been a member of the agency’s leadership team for seven years as VP of growth and partnerships. In the new role, he will lead day-to-day operations of the agency and execute its strategic plan. He will also join agency founder Donna Alteen as a shareholder.

Alteen remains Time + Space’s CEO but will transition away from daily operations to focus on the agency’s strategy and other business pursuits.

Time+ Space’s clients have included Royale Tissue, Cavendish Farms, New Brunswick Tourism, Nature’s Way, Medavie Health Foundation, Atlantic Lottery Corp., Nova Scotia Liquor Corp. and STI Technologies.
