Toronto-based Ace Digital Group has hired Kimberley Carrera as its chief revenue officer.
Carrera will oversee all of the enterprise sales and marketing strategies for the company in North America. This will involve developing and executing plans to increase revenue and grow the agency’s customer base, with a focus on building relationships with its client, channel, association and press partners.
Nilab Jafarzadeh, Ace Digital Group’s CEO and co-founder, says Carrera’s experience will “add jet fuel” to the agency’s client and team growth.
Prior to joining Ace, Carrera was VP of growth solutions at Plus Company’s performance agency PathIQ, where for nearly two years she led a team in developing and executing growth strategies for clients. Before that, she spent seven and a half years at DAC Group as VP of business development. She has worked with brands including Rogers, Western Union, Scotiabank, TGI Fridays, KLM, Simons, ADT, Lacoste and LVMH.
