Glassroom hires a pair of digital-focused VPs

Amanda Piedimonte and Carlos Couceiro will lead agency teams in two critical areas of business.

Glassroom has added to its leadership ranks, bringing on Amanda Piedimonte as VP of digital experience and transformation and Carlos Couceiro as VP of digital performance.

Piedimonte has been tasked with support the agency’s clients in digital experience and digital transformation projects, as well as work with other Humanise Collective agencies as part of integrated digital strategies. She joins Glassroom from Humanise Collective agency U92, where she spent nearly three years as its director of digital strategy and UX. She also brings experience from Sid Lee and Adviso, and has worked with clients including National Bank, Jean Coutu, Cogeco Media, Cirque du Soleil, Samsung and Reno-DepĂ´t.

Couceiro will lead Glassroom’s media performance team and develop strategies for clients, particularly when it comes to using first-party data in a post-cookie media environment. He has spent the last three years at Media Experts, most recently as director of search and performance marketing, in addition to experience from Reprise’s offices in Australia and French agency Pixmania.

With the new appointments, Glassroom aims to maintain its philosophy of radical transparency and close client collaboration within fast-moving realms of digital transformation and performance media.

“As economic uncertainty dawns and our industry encounters several major changes, Glassroom needs to continue to support our clients in growing their owned digital assets,” says Charles Beaulieu, partner and chief innovation officer at Glassroom. “Carlos will be a key player when it comes to deepening our media internalization service offering, and Amanda will strengthen our expertise in digital transformation, all while we focus on our mission of helping advertisers regain control of their future.”
