ATCO signs on as presenting sponsor of 2025 Invictus Games

The engineering company is adding to its sponsorship of Team Canada.

Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler 2025 has announced ATCO as the presenting sponsor of the games.

The Invictus Games use the power of sport to inspire recovery and support rehabilitation of those who serve their country in the military. The Vancouver edition of the games will take place from Feb. 6 to 17, 2025.

ATCO is an engineering, energy and construction company based in Calgary. In addition to its new sponsorship, ATCO is already a sponsor of Team Canada for the 2023 edition of the games, which take place in Germany this September.

“The people of ATCO are proud of our long-standing commitment to the brave women and men of Canada’s military,” said Nancy Southern, chair and CEO of ATCO. “Investing in the Invictus Games represents an opportunity to honour those who have sacrificed so much for all
Canadians.”

The Invictus Games 2025 is the first games to feature both summer and winter adaptive sports. The event will bring together over 500 competitors from 20 nations to compete in adaptive sports, including the new winter sports of alpine skiing, Nordic skiing, skeleton and wheelchair curling, in addition to the core Invictus Games sports of indoor rowing, sitting volleyball, swimming, wheelchair rugby and wheelchair basketball.
