According to AdEase Radio latest report, governments continue to dominate radio advertising for the week of October 30 to November 5.
Radio stations in Calgary, Edmonton, Montreal and Quebec aired a total of 6,196 local government ads, which was 857 fewer than the previous week. Meanwhile, Spence Diamonds, Desjardins and Shoppers led the field in Vancouver, Ottawa and Toronto, respectively.
Categorically, quick service restaurants were among the most active radio advertisers in almost every city. But dine-in restaurants and bars, heating and cooling services, as well as auto repair services, were ahead.
