Quebecor Expertise Media has elevated Michel Drouin to the new role of general manager of the company’s out-of-home division.

Drouin has spent the last five years with Quebecor, most recently as an account manager working across the media company’s platforms and ad solutions.

Claude Foisy, VP of marketing at Groupe TVA, said this expertise in business development and media will be “a remarkable asset” to helping the division capitalize on its recent momentum. In his new role, Drouin has been tasked with identifying business opportunities for the out-of-home division, as well as developing relationships in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to joining Quebecor, Drouin worked agency-side at the likes of Touche! and Carat, as well as a stint in radio at Cogeco.

Last year, Quebecor Expertise Media also made additions to its team working in Toronto.
