Performance marketing agency Prospek has hired Valentine Chalumeau as its newest digital strategist, while also promoting Mélissa Cloutier to director of operations.
Chalumeau is coming to Prospek from the client side, having spent more than five years at home goods retailer Carré Blanc, where she was most recently its head of ecommerce.
Benjamin Dumas-Boisvert, a partner at Prospek and its director of performance marketing, says Chalumeau’s experience will help her put client concerns and business challenges at the centre of Prospek’s work, which aligns with the agency’s focus on strategic advice that leads to long-term relationships.
Cloutier has been with Prospek since 2019, when it acquired her previous agency, Tribeca. Since then, she has overseen production at the agency, and will now expand her purview to include oversight of the rest of Prospek’s talent, in addition to joining the agency’s management team.
