Two new appointments have been made at Québecor Expertise Média, following the promotion earlier this month of Patrick Jutras to president of MELS and chief advertising officer of TVA Group and Québecor Media.

Pascal Tanguay, general manager of client solutions, will now add Montreal national sales to his responsibilities, in addition to direct sales in Montreal, Sherbrooke and Trois-Rivières, as well as print sales and TVA Sports Sales. His direct reports include Karl Berthomé, senior director sales and business development and Caroline Jacques and their respective teams.

Frédérique Gagnon will now manage sales for TVA’s Saguenay and Eastern Quebec offices, reporting to Nathalie Langevin, general manager and sales TVA Québec and general sales manager Journal de Québec. Gagnon began her career with Groupe Capitales Médias in Saguenay, and from 2017 to the present, she has held the position of practice manager, Digital Expertise for Quebecor’s regional offices — Quebec City, Saguenay and Rimouski.
