Microsoft Advertising names new marketing director

Lynne Clarke has been promoted to the position, replacing Jacqueline O'Sullivan who is moving to the global office in London.

Lynne Clarke has been promoted to the position of marketing director at Microsoft Advertising Canada, making her responsible for the strategic marketing plans for the company in Canada. She takes over the role from Jacqueline O’Sullivan who has been promoted to global agency director working with ZenithOptimedia at Microsoft Advertising’s London office.

Clarke has been with Microsoft Advertising for six years, most recently working as global go-to-market and content lead.

“Lynne has been a valuable member of the Microsoft Advertising team for years.” said Owen Sagness, VP and general manager, advertising and online, Microsoft Canada in a release. “She brings a tremendous breadth of knowledge to the business. We are lucky to have her leading our team.”

Microsoft Advertising works with media properties including MSN.ca, Windows Live Messenger, Skype and Xbox Live.
