Mindshare Canada is building the team in its new Montreal office, hiring Karine Huard as its director of business development and strategy.

Huard’s position is a new one for the Montreal office as it aims to grow its presence in Quebec as part of GroupM’s larger commitment to the market.

In the new role, Huard will lead the business development team in Montreal, as well as work to establish new business ventures in Quebec. She will report to Caroline Breton, managing director of Mindshare Canada.

Prior to joining Mindshare, Huard most recently worked as a media account director, most recently at Newad and previously at Rogers Media.
