Touche! PHD names Terry Horton managing director for Toronto

The former Cossette VP and media director will lead day-to-day operations at the media agency's new office and report to Touche! president, Karine Courtemanche.

Touché! PHD has announced the appointment of Terry Horton as managing director of its new Toronto office.

In this role, Horton will be responsible for leading the office’s day-to-day operations, developing new business, acquiring and developing new talent and ensuring quality creative product delivery. Reporting to agency president Karine Courtemanche, he will also work closely with other strategic business units and media agencies in the Omnicom Media Group family.

PHD, in statement. “His passion for the media business, his commitment to the client, and his leadership strengths will enable a successful expansion of the business, as well as the unique Touché! culture.”

Prior to joining Touché!, Horton spent 15 years in various roles at Cossette, and was most recently VP and media director. Horton was named strategy Media Director of the Year in 2011.

Horton steps into his new role effective immediately.
